Consistency is Key

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Bateman since 1985 and could not be happier, as he is always professional in every way. What is important to us is the fact that his staff has remained constant over the years. We have had visitors experience dental problems and they visited Dr. Bateman on an emergency basis and they were taken immediately. His referrals to specialists have resulted in excellent care.

We wish Dr. Bateman many more years of success in dentistry.

Long Timer

It's hard to believe that it's been 25 years since I first came to see Dr. Bateman. I was his first patient! Through the years it has always been a pleasure to make my periodic visits. Dr. Bateman and his staff are thorough and professional, but at the same time friendly and lighthearted. Congratulations to the practice for providing excellent dental care for the past 25 years!

Fearful No More

For the past 15 years, I have been getting my dental needs taken care of at Bateman Family Dentistry. Before that, I dreaded going to see a dentist for anything since I have had issues with my teeth and gums in the past and had not had a good experience with dental visits. Then, my sister-in-law referred me to Bateman Family Dentistry because she and her family (two young girls) had such good experiences there. My first trip to Dr. Bateman's office was a pleasant surprise! Everyone there was so nice and made me feel very comfortable, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the accounting folks, to Dr. Bateman, himself. They don't make me feel bad because my teeth and gums are less than perfect. And, they always explain any procedure before it is done. Not only has the condition of my teeth and gums improved, but also I no longer dread my visits to the dentist's office. I feel like Dr. Bateman and his staff really care about the quality of service and the kind of experience I have during each visit. I highly recommend Bateman Family Dentistry to anyone, especially those who are a bit skittish about dental care.

Professional, Compassionate, Caring

Having had more than my share of dental work over the years; some of it good, some of it really bad, I had grown wary of trying someone new. The fact was I needed to have some serious work done and that was when I was introduced to Bateman Family Dentistry by my daughter, now more than a year ago.

Right from the first telephone call to make an appointment I could tell this was a different kind of dental office, they were polite, extremely friendly and they answered all of my questions intelligently and without any hesitation. They even volunteered answers to a few questions I hadn't thought about. After the first visit for an evaluation as I got to know Dr. Bateman and some of his staff, it quickly became obvious that I had finally found my dentist! Over the next several months Dr. Bateman's office performed extensive work for me, throughout I was treated with more respect and compassion than I had ever experienced from a dental practice. Heavy dental work can be very painful and the patient is left at times feeling like you are in a vulnerable state, not so here. This is the closest to painless dentistry I've ever experienced. More than that, they made me feel so comfortable that the visits were more like dropping in on close family members than going to the dentist.

But, back to my reason for going in the first place. All the dental work I needed was performed to a level of expertise that based on many previous experiences, was way beyond what I expected. As a nice side benefit, they don't keep you waiting way beyond the appointed time.

At the start there were some concerns about being able to afford the work at all. Once again, Dr. Bateman's folks came through with a fair financing plan through an outside company that allowed me to pay the bill in equal monthly installments and without any interest. Every step of the way Dr. Bateman's staff have been courteous, professional, compassionate, caring and always thoughtful. I am very grateful to have found them and without any hesitation, heartily recommend Bateman Family Dentistry.

Knowledgeable and Friendly

I have been a patient of Dr. Bateman for almost a year and he has done a lot of work for me. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and honest.
