Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Charlotte, NC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Website. Our appointment times are reserved especially for you. Any change in your appointment affects many patients. We ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if appointment changes are necessary. This will allow us to accommodate patients who may be waiting for an appointment time. If you are a "Whitening for Life" patient, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice for all changes to appointments.

Insurance
Our practice currently accepts assignment for almost all insurance carriers. While many offices require full payment at the time of service, we ask only that you pay your estimated portion for treatment. As a courtesy and a benefit to our patients, we file your insurance claim and do our best to inform you if you will be responsible for any financial portion. Professional care is provided to you and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to the doctor.

We are 1/4 mile from Carolinas Medical Center - Pineville

From Johnston Road area: Take Hwy. 51 south (toward Carolina Place Mall). Turn right onto Park Cedar Drive (at Pineville Church of the Nazarene). Turn right into Park Cedar Professional Center.

From I77 area: Take I-485 East (toward Pineville). Take Exit 64A (cloverleaf) to Hwy. 51 (Pineville-Matthews Rd.). Go thru big intersection at Park Road Ext. Turn left onto Park Cedar Drive. Turn right into Park Cedar Professional Center.
