If you have dental insurance, we will help you to determine the coverage you have available. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to us. Professional care is provided to you and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to the doctor.
In an effort to keep dental care affordable while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established several payment options. A discount is available to patients who pay in full by cash or check at time of service. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Chase Health Advance and Springstone Patient Financing. Senior citizens receive a 10% discount for payment at time of treatment.
Additionally, we offer assistance with filling out on-line forms with our no-interest financial providers such as Care Credit, Chase Health Advance and Springstone Patient Financing. These plans offer great payment options for patients.
