Insurance
Our practice currently accepts assignment for almost all insurance carriers. While many offices require full payment at the time of service, we ask only that you pay your estimated portion for treatment. As a courtesy and a benefit to our patients, we file your insurance claim and do our best to inform you if you will be responsible for any financial portion. Professional care is provided to you and not to an insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient, and the patient is responsible to the doctor.

Payment Options
In an effort to keep dental care affordable while maintaining a high level of professional care, we have established several payment options. A discount is available to patients who pay in full by cash or check at time of service. We also accept all major credit cards as well as no-interest financial providers Care Credit and Chase Health Advance. Senior citizens receive a 10% discount for payment at time of treatment. Should you need assistance with filling out an on-line application for Care Credit or Chase, please call our office.

Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Charlotte, NC so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Website. Our appointment times are reserved especially for you. Any change in your appointment affects many patients. We ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance if appointment changes are necessary. This will allow us to accommodate patients who may be waiting for an appointment time. If you are a "Whitening for Life" patient, we ask that you provide 48 hours notice for all changes to appointments.
